Recipe for One World Church ‘Disaster’

Recipe for One World Church ‘Disaster’

cup of devils

Paul said that there is a ‘cup of devils’ and a ‘table of devils’; and that in the latter times, some shall depart from the ‘faith’, giving heed to ‘seducing spirits’ and ‘doctrine of devils’, speaking lies in hypocrisy with their ‘consciences’ seared as with a hot iron. (I Corinthians 10:21 & I Timothy 4:1-2)

Cup of devils

The cup of the Lord was used when he had communion at the Last Supper with His disciples, on Thursday evening before His crucifixion on Friday.

Table of devils

Throughout Christianity, a ‘communion table’ has been used to display the cup of wine, or grape juice, and the unleavened bread at the front of the church. Today there are many variations on where these items are placed, due the largeness of the congregations.

Faith

When Paul says that there will be those who depart from the ‘faith’, he is referring to the ‘faith’ that was once delivered to the saints as recorded throughout the Gospels, the book of Acts and the Epistles.

Jude 1:3 says, “Beloved, although I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I found it necessary to write appealing to you to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints.” This ‘faith’ is expounded by the Apostle Paul in I Corinthians chapter fifteen, verses one through eight.

Seducing spirits

This is referring to demonic spirits using human voices to seduce or lead astray from the simplicity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Paul scolded the Galation believers about accepting ‘another gospel’, even if an ‘angel’ from heaven preached it! He went on to assure them that the Gospel which he preached was not received from man, but by revelation from Jesus Christ on the road to Damascus! He goes further and wishes a ‘curse’ upon the one who is preaching this ‘another’ Gospel! He says this twice for emphasis, so that they understood that he did not say this word by mistake.

Doctrine of devils

The word ‘doctrine’ means teaching, or a collection of teachings. Paul used it here to refer to the teachings of demons sent by Satan himself to deceive people into following a man instead of following Jesus Christ and His teachings that He had given to His Apostles to teach those who accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

Satan is an imitator

The devil tries to duplicate everything he can about the teachings of Jesus Christ, all the way through the book of Revelation, right up to the White Throne Judgment where he will be cast into the Lake of Fire for eternity. In other words, Paul is saying that where there is the genuine, you will also find the counterfeit.

Jesus said in Matthew 7:15, “Beware of the false prophets who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.” Where there are sheep, there will be a wolf disguised as a sheep ready to devour those who are weak in their faith in Jesus Christ.

Presbyterian Example of a Wolf

With this as a background, I would like to encourage you to read the article written by a minister of a Presbyterian Church U.S.A. by the name of John Shuck. His article is entitled “I’m a Presbyterian Minister Who Doesn’t Believe in God”. The following is a quote from his article:

For example, I believe that:

  • Religion is a human construct
  • The symbols of faith are products of human cultural evolution
  • Jesus may have been an historical figure, but most of what we know about him is in the form of legend
  • God is a symbol of myth-making and not credible as a supernatural being or force
  • The Bible is a human product as opposed to special revelation from a divine being
  • Human consciousness is the result of natural selection, so there’s no afterlife

In short, I regard the symbols of Christianity from a non-supernatural point of view.

And yet, even though I hold those beliefs, I am still a proud minister. But I don’t appreciate being told that I’m not truly a Christian.

I encourage you to read the full article on Patheos.com. at this link:

My wife’s parents were Presbyterian up till their death, so when she read this article, she questioned a pastor at their church, asking him how this man could be a pastor and not believe in Christ. Rev. Anthony Kladitis’ reply was:

“Because the PCUSA has been infiltrated by people just like him AND at the same time conservative bible-believers are fleeing. =recipe for disaster.”

In other words, wolves have infiltrated the PCUSA! They don’t look like a wolf. They look like real ministers of the Gospel. The words they speak sound like love, tolerance and acceptance, leading to a harmonious society. The only way you can tell that they are a wolves, is to compare what they are saying, and how they are living, with what Jesus and His Apostles taught. Jesus said that by their fruits, you shall know them. “You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act. Can you pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles?”  (Matthew 7:16)

It is important here to distinguish between the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), abbreviated as PCUSA, and the Presbyterian Church in America, abbreviated as (PCA). The PCA still believes in the deity of Jesus Christ and the inerrancy of the Bible, while teaching against abortion, and that homosexuality is a sin. The PCUSA are the ones who have brought in another Gospel, and Paul says he wishes them accursed!

Thank God that there are still those of the PCA who still stand for the main truths of Christ’s Good News!

It is not just the Presbyterians that are fighting against the wolves in sheep’s clothing that are infiltrating their congregations and leading the sheep into false doctrine and to worship at a false table while they drink the ‘cup of demons’. It has been in all denominations since the death of the original apostles; and has increased in the last fifty years, to the point that even the Pope is calling for all religions (including Satan worshipers) to come together for the sake of peace, in the name of Love and Tolerance! Again, the Bible says that when they cry ‘Peace and Safety’, then the sudden destruction of the Tribulation will arrive.

Demon Possessed False Prophet

The devil is going to possess a man to rule the world in the near future. He also will possess a man who will be his false prophet to introduce the world to this one world leader. If this one world leader is to be everything that is ‘Anti-Christ’, is it such a leap of faith to believe that the one world church leader will also be against everything that Jesus and His Apostles taught as Truth, and the only way to eternal life?!

Conscience silenced

As people continue to silence their ‘conscience’, by ignoring its voice warning them that the way they are living is displeasing to their Creator, their conscience will become so hardened against what is truth in God’s Word, that they will easily believe a lie coming from the lips of those who look like sheep while having a heart of the wolf. (II Thessalonians 2:11)

Time to Wake-Up

It is time to wake up from our slumber, and realize that the day is far spent; and that Jesus is about to return for His Bride and judge those who do not, and will not, believe that He is the one and only true God.

If a person tells a lie long enough, he believes that lie to be the truth; yet all who hear his voice, know that in fact he is a liar. Today, John Shuck is proud of his Antichrist beliefs, but in a few short years he will be humbled, and hopefully cry out to God for mercy before he meets His Judge – Jesus Christ!

Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honor and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue (John Shuck’s tongue included) confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:9-11)

Jesus’ Prayer request

Pray for those who are standing for the truths of God’s Word, and ask God to protect them from temptation to sin, and from abusing their authority over their flocks, while they ask God to anoint them to preach His Truth to their sheep entrusted to their care. Pray also that God will send forth His laborers into His harvest to reach those who have not had the opportunity to believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and God. Pray for those who are being persecuted for His Name’s sake, because very soon that persecution is going to reach American Christians, and we will surely cry out for someone to be praying for us.

David prayed to God that He would rise up against His enemies and show them His Power and fill them with shame. He closes the 83rd Psalm with this 18th verse; “Then they will learn that you alone are called the LORD, that you alone are the Most High, supreme over all the earth.”
