Occult teachings such as New Age seek enlightenment through Yoga, meditation, chanting, vibrations, certain music, lights, astrology, as well as Mediums and Psychics.
New Agers praying to the ‘Force’ of the Universe is the same as praying to Satan as the god of this world. Demons are released to visit you as ‘spirit guides’ who promise to take you to a higher plane of consciousness, where you can receive enlightened or hidden knowledge, that only a few can attain. Demons become angels of light to deceive us into being our own god.
Pineal Gland
Occult teaching centers on the pineal gland as the ‘third eye’ as the seat of the soul. By sitting in certain postures, in a darkened room with candles and incense, and chanting a certain sound over and over, the mind is trained to concentrate on the third eye; releasing the soul into higher consciousness, and out-of-body experiences. The higher the consciousness one reaches the more divine wisdom one can attain.
It is interesting that the pineal gland is shaped like a pine cone, hence its name. If you research the pine cone, you will find it on the Pope’s Staff, (right above his hand) as well as on the Egyptian Staff of Osiris. Assyria, Rome, Babylon, Mexico and even Masons use the pine cone as symbols of higher wisdom. The Vatican flag has three crowns shaped like a pine cone. ‘Holy See’ implies knowledge gained from the third eye.
The pineal gland modulates our sleep/wake patterns. It is linked to our perception of light. It receives a higher flow of blood than other organs of the body outside the kidneys. It also can release DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) which is the same as found in Psilocybin Mushrooms; which give psychedelic experiences.
When Adam sinned, he lost the ability to see and know without limitations of a carnal fleshly body of sin. God may have shut down the pineal gland, to keep man from seeing all the evil spirit beings which surround this fallen world we call Earth.
Private Keep Out-Stay away-danger!
There were certain places as a child that I was forbidden to enter without permission. Dad’s gun cabinet, and Dad’s tool shed were two of them. Dad knew that there was danger and he knew I did not understand the value of his tools or his guns. They were hands off unless he was present and gave me permission.
God has certain areas that He has forbidden for us to enter. One is the Occult world of New Age and any form of witchcraft. The other is entering into the unseen spirit world outside of His Holy Spirit.
Permission to Enter via the Holy Spirit and His Word
Instead He has given us legal ways to interact with Him via the Holy Spirit, allowing us to receive the ministry of His holy angels.
Jesus instructs us that He is the Way, the Truth, the Life, and the Door!
Paul prayed that in Ephesians 1:17-19 that the eyes of our heart would be enlightened, to know our hope in Christ and what He desires us to inherit in the greatness of His power. ‘Heart’ here is opthalamos meaning the mind’s eye.
Jesus gave us the Holy Spirit as the One who would lead us into all Truth, and to bring to remembrance what Jesus teaches, and to convict of sin, righteousness and judgment!
Only One Entrance
There are no back door routes to the spiritual realm. The back door New Age offers leads to hell and demonic deception.
Jesus and His Word is the only way into His sheepfold!
You enter His sheepfold by:
- Meditate on His Word, not with an empty mind. Emptying the mind without focusing on God allows demons to enter as angels of light.
- Prayer in the Name of Jesus blocks all demonic spirits attempting to deceive you.
- Confessing your sins as in the Lord’s Prayer, covers you with Christ’s Blood; again blocking demons.
- Maintaining a pure heart imputed with His Righteousness allows God’s Holy Spirit to minister.
- Praise and Worship release melodies from your inner being to the Throne of God. Demons hate it.
The pineal gland has been distorted by the enemy to deceive New Age and Occult worshippers to seek their own godhead; which is the same deception the devil used on Eve.
God has shut down the pineal gland outside of sleep and wake patterns, but He has given us the baptism of the Holy Spirit to lead us into heavenly places. (Ephesians 2:6)
God has given us His Word as the Bible to make us wiser than our enemies! (Psalm 119:98)
No more Pineal Gland needed
One day soon, God will return and catch us up to meet Him in the air. Then we shall know as we are known, then we shall understand as we are understood, when our bodies of sin are transformed into glorious bodies of light like unto His! We won’t have to worry about releasing DMT from the third eye to give us special god-like enlightenment when we are standing in the Presence of the one who created us to be like Him! No pineal gland needed!
